Himanshu was amazing, he made contact at each place we stayed to ensure that we were comfortable. He was helpful, considerate and dependable. It was reassuring to know that we could contact him at any time and he would returned our calls promptly. There was a question of whether one of the flights would be canceled. He immediately got back to let us know that he would monitor the situation, keep us posted and send someone to collect us if necessary. We had the utmost confidence in him.
