This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to any person, including travel agents (“User”) who purchase/intend to purchase / visit / inquire about any product(s) and/or service(s) made available by the Company through any of Company’s customer interface channels including Website, mobile sites, mobile applications and offline channels including call centers and offices (collectively, “Sales Channels”). For this Privacy Policy, wherever the context so requires “you” and “your” shall mean the User, and the term “we,” “us,” and “our” shall mean the Company.

In such case, you must confirm and represent that each of the other traveler (s) for whom a booking has been made has agreed to have the information shared by you disclosed to us and further be shared by us with the concerned service provider(s);
copy of the User’s passport;
data either created by you or by a third party and which you wish to store on our servers, such as image files, documents, etc.; and
if you request the Company for transportation services, then copies of your driving license and any other information which is sought by the traveling agency with which the Company is coordinating for rendering transportation services to you.

3. COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We only collect and store the Personal Information necessary to assist us in conducting our business and to enable us to deliver/ provide you the services requested by you on the Website and/or at other Sales Channels. The Personal Information to be collected from you is dependent upon the services we are providing to you.

We may profile/ compile your personal information provided to us for the Purposes or if required under the Applicable Law(s). By providing Personal Information to us, you agree and give your explicit consent to process such information during our business and under our Privacy Policy. For this Privacy Policy, “Applicable Law(s)” shall mean all laws, ordinances, statutes, rules, orders, decree, injunction, licenses, permits, registration, approval, authorization, consent, waiver, privileges, agreement, by-laws, guidelines, and regulation of any governmental authority having jurisdiction over the relevant matter as such are in effect as of the date hereof or as may be amended, modified, revoked, or enacted from time to time hereafter.

Notwithstanding anything mentioned in this Privacy Policy, your Personal Information may be disclosed under the following circumstances:
