In our busy lives, it is important to alter both physical and emotional attributes to draw energy and wellness from nature. Itinerary
Arrival - Madurai

Bout India services start from Madurai.

Day 1 - Thanjavur

A private car will pick you up from Madurai airport (expected in the morning) and head towards Thanjavur. Reach Thanjavur by noon, and check-in at the hotel on arrival. Then enjoy the welcome Foot massage. Have lunch at the hotel. After lunch enjoy the Property tour. Then you will be given an introduction to the program/counseling with a doctor for treatments.

In the evening enjoy the high tea. Then head out to visit the Brihadeeshwara Temple. This temple is a perfect illustration of the great heights achieved in the field of architecture by the Chola rulers. Then reach back to the hotel.

Dinner & overnight stay will be at the hotel in Thanjavur.

Day 2 - Thanjavur

Your day starts with early morning Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) followed by Yoga & Meditation, Vedanta (Hindu Philosophy) discourse. Then experience the Spa therapy. Have breakfast at the hotel.

After breakfast head out to visit local craftsmen - Tanjore paintings, Bronze casting, and Venna making. Have lunch at the hotel and relax. Then indulge in another Spa session. In the evening enjoy the cultural programs at the resort.

Dinner & overnight stay will be at the hotel in Thanjavur.

Day 3 - Thanjavur

Your day starts with early morning Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) followed by Yoga & Meditation and Vedanta (Hindu Philosophy) discourse. Have breakfast at the hotel.

After breakfast set out to visit either Darasuram or Swamimalai. Darasuram is known for the Airavateswara temple constructed by the Rajaraja Chola II in the 12th century AD. The temple is a recognized UNESCO World Heritage monument. Swamimalai is famous for Swaminathaswamy Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to the god Murugan. The temple is believed to have been in existence from the Sangam period from the 2nd century BC and was believed to have been modified and rebuilt by Parantaka Chola I. Return to the hotel by noon.

Have lunch at the hotel and relax. Then indulge in another Spa session & Sound therapy.

Dinner & overnight stay will be at the hotel in Thanjavur.

Located at Thanjavur (Tanjore) in Tamil Nadu, Gangaikondacholapuram can be reached easily through regular buses that are available from the main towns and cities of Tamil Nadu. Have lunch at the hotel and relax. Then indulge in another Spa therapy & Yoga Session. Then experience Kili Yoshiyama & Palm Reading.  In the evening enjoy the cultural program.

Have lunch at the hotel and relax. Then set out to visit Tiruchirappalli & Srirangam. visit Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. The temple occupies an area of 155 acres (63 ha) with 81 shrines, 21 towers, and 39 pavilions. This temple is the largest temple compound in India and one of the largest religious complexes in the world. Temple is mentioned in Tamil literature of the Sangam Era 1st to the 4th century AD.

General Guidelines

  • As Siddha treatments are highly personalized, the exact treatments and medicines can only be finalized after a detailed consultation with the doctor.
  • The treatments given may vary according to the body constitution and requirements of the individual
  • Male therapists will attend to gentlemen and female therapists will attend to ladies for all massages and therapies
  • Please follow diet and functional training with Yoga as advised for optimum results

 

Diet and lifestyle regimen during the program

  • Drink a minimum of 2 litres of water including other fluids per day.
  • No cold food and drinks are to be consumed.
  • Rest and relax for 2-3 hours after the treatments. No sunbathing, no swimming, and avoid exposure to rain and cold draughts immediately after therapy.
  • Smoking, alcoholic drinks, and fizzy drinks are to be avoided.
  • Avoid any kind of physical exertion and long-distance traveling.
  • Avoid sleeping during the daytime and staying awake at night.
  • Prescribed diet menu to be followed with emphasis on organic food.
