WOW, where do I start? Firstly from the first email from Himanshu Maru I knew I was dealing with a very professional company. All the places that I asked to visit were tailored exactly to our wishes. The hotels were very good, the beautiful summer palace in Jodhpur was spectacular. All the guides were very knowledgeable and pleasant. The drivers and vehicles were great. The drivers took care of us and gave us a feeling of comfort and security. The cars were always spotless, with good supplies of cold bottled water. We had a tour for 3 people at the 'comfort' level, and I can't imagine what additional service comes with the luxury level, because we were extremely comfortable. Himanshu and his team arranged beautiful hotels for us (including personalising according to our request of smaller hotels where we could get to know the staff), and everywhere we went we had local guides who really knew the monuments and had great pride in their city. The entire 9 day tour was a wonderful experience. Traveling alone, it was agreed that I would have a driver but no guide however Himanshu met me at the airport and spent 5 days with me before returning to Jaipur. He did everything possible to make me feel special. The driver, Nunu was a very careful and considerate driver who added to the feeling of well-being. Accommodation and meals were excellent throughout. I would recommend Bout India to anyone traveling to India.
My friend and I had an amazing time touring for 8 days in Kerala with BoutIndia’s Managing Director, Himanshu. He is a wonderful photographer and took most of the photos so that I could enjoy the sites, scenery and non-stop action. The trip was a good mix of fun activities and exploration with down time to sit on balconies and admire the green hills and waterways. Himanshu was quick to adapt the trip when we had suggestions, and he taught us a great deal about the country and culture. Our driver was excellent as well. I hope to travel to the Himalayas with Himanshu and his company in the near future.
I found Bout India through an internet search. Like anything unknown I was weary at first, but because of the immediate response I felt as though they were taking me seriously. Within days we had corresponded several times and had the basis of a tour. We just had the most amazing trip to India thanks to Bout India. We had been to India several times before and usually book our trips on our own, but for this trip using a destination expert was the way to go. In Rajasthan for example, we were not considering a visit to Ranthambhore National Park. But Himanshu and Charlie recommended it along with other stops and it turned out to be highlights of our trip. The experience we had with “bout.india” was outstanding! We have never been in India and initially relied completely on the travel suggestions from “bout.india”. The itinerary later changed a few times because we wanted to go to some different places as well as skip some of the suggested stops. Very efficient and professional. In the beginning I had some doubts about the payments; we are living in the Netherlands, we were in contact with a travel company in India. Everything went very well. At the end of my holiday the local company paid several hotels for us which were only invoiced after the end of my trip. BOUT INDIA is very honest and reliable.
We were a group of 5 friends. After many mails between Holland, Bali and India , Bout India tours made a nine days trip for us. A trip with many variations. Off course the highlights and also things like markets, nature and connections with Indian people. Bout India Tours was of great assistance for us. This review is long overdue. Vinny and Himanchu listened keenly to understand what we were looking for and then worked tirelessly to create an itinerary that was perfect for my family and I. Indeed we remember it as one of the best vacations we've taken. We have just returned from an amazing private tour to Kerala and Mysore arranged by the team at Bout India Tours. After a wedding in Bangalore we wanted a fairly relaxed 9 days in the south but still get a good feel for the real India. Himanshu and our on the ground tour coordinator Chahat were fantastic. We booked a custom 28 day trip through out India with Bout India. It was a wonderful trip! Great guides and drivers, wonderful hotels and restaurants! We were met at each airport by our guide and driven door to door to our destinations and hotels. We focused on UNESCO world heritage sites. One of our guides told us that we have seen more Hindu Temples than 99% of Hindu’s. I. Would strongly recommend Bout India especially if you want a custom trip organized to meet your needs.

We had Sonu as our driver for 10days, he was fabulous. Parvin was out Dehli guide very knowledgeable,friendly great sense of humour. There are really no words that adequately describe our tour in India. From the moment we were met at the airport with necklaces of flowers, a comfortable and spacious van, and our most humble and gracious driver and chauffeur, Taj, we were treated like royalty. INCREDIBLE INDIA !!! We booked our Vacation without knowing anything about BOUT INDIA TOURS....what a stroke of luck. We were treated like royalty from start to finish. Met at Hotel lobby each morning by driver and guide, always 15 mins early as were we, eager to start our daily tours of the monuments as they called them. Unbelievable experience. Bout India delivered above and beyond. All the hotels, guides, and drivers were amazing. They were all so helpful and friendly. Geet checked in with me everyday to make sure everything was ok and to detail what I needed to know for the next day. I especially appreciate the change made on the last day to accommodate my last minute flight cancellation. Nothing was too much trouble. Sightseeing included to tea museum, spice plantations, zero ride , with all look outs and many more. Shikara boat ride and village home visit in Kumarakom. Nitesh and Geetanshi have been amazing. Had an amazing 26 day tour organised by Kunal at Bout India. We threaded a fantastic trip across India around 3 of the World Cup cricket matches. Highlights: Mumbai city and Elephanta Caves - great guides helped us to put modern India into perspective - with religion, Moguls, Gandhi and partition in the mix. My brother and I both went on a 14 day tour which consisted of Delhi, Agra, Ranthambhore, Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur. It was absolutely amazing. All the tours were so engaging and really built around our interests. We saw a wide variety of historical places and learned so much about India’s rich history.
